Clinical Team Overview
Cobie-Lee Mundil
She/Her
Registered Psychologist
Cobie is a Registered Psychologist and the founder of NeuroKinship Co. As an Autistic psychologist, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, creating a therapeutic space where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, respected and supported.
Cobie completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology with Counselling at The Open University in the United Kingdom in 2022, before moving to Australia to complete her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University in 2024.
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice, Cobie believes that differences in thinking, learning, communicating and experiencing the world are natural variations of the human experience rather than deficits to be fixed. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their unique strengths, challenges and goals, supporting them to build meaningful lives that align with their values and authentic selves.
Cobie's approach is warm, compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practice. She draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Polyvagal Theory to help clients develop practical skills, deepen self-understanding and strengthen emotional wellbeing.
Above all, Cobie strives to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves. She values authenticity, curiosity and connection, and is committed to providing therapy that honours each person's individual experiences, needs and identity.
Daisy
(She/Her)
Therapy Dog
Daisy is a gentle and affectionate Cavoodle (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel × Poodle) with a calm nature and a special talent for helping people feel comfortable and at ease.
Daisy completed her Therapy Dog Certification with Therapy Dogs NSW in April 2026 and is delighted to be part of the NeuroKinship Co team. With her soft curls, warm personality and soothing presence, Daisy brings a sense of comfort and connection to therapy sessions.
Many people are drawn to Daisy's gentle demeanour and the quiet way she offers companionship without expectation. Whether she is calmly resting nearby, offering a reassuring cuddle, or simply sharing space with a client, Daisy has a natural ability to help create an environment that feels safe, welcoming and supportive.
As a therapy dog working alongside neurodivergent clients, Daisy understands that connection looks different for everyone. Some people enjoy engaging directly with her through pats, play or conversation, while others simply appreciate her calm presence in the room.
With her gentle spirit, patient nature and unconditional acceptance, Daisy helps foster moments of comfort, regulation and connection, making therapy a little warmer for everyone she meets.
